ShipShop — multi-courier shipping service. Last updated: 13 July 2026.

These terms govern your use of the ShipShop service, website, and apps (the "Service") operated by ShipShop Logicom Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("ShipShop", "we", "us") at shipshop.in. By creating an account, connecting a store, or booking a shipment, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

ShipShop is a shipping aggregator: we let you compare rates across multiple licensed couriers, book shipments, print labels, collect COD, and track deliveries. We are not a courier ourselves; the actual pickup, transport, and delivery are performed by the courier partner you select.

2. Accounts & eligibility

• You must provide accurate business and KYC details, and keep them current.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, applicable law, or courier policies.

3. Wallet, charges & COD

• Shipping is paid from your ShipShop wallet, which you top up in advance. Freight is quoted and charged per shipment at the rate shown when you book.
• COD amounts collected from your buyers are remitted to you per the remittance schedule, net of any applicable COD handling fees.
• Rates, GST, and fees are shown before you confirm; taxes apply as per Indian law.
• Weight discrepancies flagged by a courier may result in an adjustment to the charged amount.

4. Your responsibilities

• Declare the correct weight, dimensions, contents, and value of each shipment.
• Do not ship prohibited or restricted items, or anything barred by the courier or by law.
• Package parcels adequately for transit; ensure the recipient address and pincode are correct.

5. Liability

Claims for loss or damage are subject to the selected courier's carriage terms and liability caps. ShipShop's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the shipping charges paid for the affected shipment. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by the courier, force majeure, or incorrect information you provide.

6. Shopify & connected stores

If you connect a Shopify (or other) store, you authorise ShipShop to read your orders and write shipping/fulfilment updates on your behalf, solely to provide the Service. Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time by uninstalling the app.

7. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud, or misuse. Outstanding wallet balance and COD dues are settled per our standard process on closure.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
