Is there a free plan?
Yes — the Starter plan is free and includes all couriers so you can begin shipping right away, with a 0% setup fee.
How is courier freight charged?
Freight is deducted per shipment from your prepaid wallet at the live rate you see before booking. Debits are idempotent, so one shipment is never charged twice.
Is GST included in the plan price?
Plan prices exclude GST. Every wallet debit generates a proper GST tax invoice you can download for input-credit claims.
How does COD remittance work?

Can I change plans later?

Do you offer custom rates?

What happens if a delivery fails?
NDR handling and RTO branches are built into the lifecycle, and any freight refund on cancellation returns the full charged amount to your wallet.
Do you have an API?
