Refund Policy for Insurance Services

1. If the seller of SHIPSHOP LOGICOM SOLUTIONS PVT LTD. Opting for insurance services for their shipment, they are eligible for our refund policy.

2. The refund policy is applicable in the following situations:

• Loss of insured shipment.

• Damage to insured shipment, confirmed by our inspection.

3. To initiate a refund request, the client the following information Must provide:

• Shipment details, including tracking number.

• Documentation of damage or loss, such as photographs.

• Any other relevant information required to process the refund.

4. Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of occurrence.

5. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after claim approval.

6. In case of a successful refund request, the client will receive the refund amount through the original payment method used for the shipment. (in their wallet)

1. This refund policy applies only to customers who have opted for insurance services for their shipments. Standard shipping services without insurance are not covered by this policy. In such case (only courier partner refund policy will be applicable)

2. If loss, damage or delay is caused by factors beyond our control, such as acts of nature, Refunds will not be issued if due to force majeure, or any circumstances expressly excluded in the insurance policy.

3. Customers must comply with all the terms and conditions mentioned in the insurance policy to be eligible for refund.

4. ShipShop Logicom Solutions Pvt Ltd reserves the right to reject or modify refund requests if they do not meet the specified criteria or if there is evidence of fraudulent claims.
